Dr. Shokouh Hossein Abadi
Dr. Shokouh Abadi is a dual-licensed lawyer, a barrister and solicitor in Ontario, Canada and founder of KiMeg Law (Professional Corporation). She has extensive experience in business law, international commercial law, regulatory compliance, and anti-money laundering in different countries.
Shokouh has a rich teaching background and has taught at universities in different jurisdictions. Her expertise extends beyond traditional academia, as she has also designed and conducted a series of Business Law Boot Camps specifically tailored for entrepreneurs. Through these programs, she aims to support start-ups and small businesses, especially women in business, and increase legal literacy and access to justice.
